Look forward to our annual golf outing on August 16th at the Fortress for a chance to network with peers, vendors and friends.

 

Annual Reimbursement Update- Traverse City

Look forward to a cost report university program and wine tour in September 28th at LakePointe on Westbay Rd. There will be a special Early Bird Breakfast for new members. This conference theme is cost reporting.

This event is put together special for our UP members who can’t always get to the lower, but that doesn’t mean you can’t. This one varies between spring and fall.

 

Annual Revenue Cycle Conference- Shanty Creek

This multi-topic event is put together by multiple chapters and includes a golf outing on September 19-21st.

 

Annual Fall Statewide Conference- St Johns

This multi-topic event is put together by multiple chapters and is held on October 29-30th at St Johns in Plymouth.

 

Women in Healthcare - Frankenmuth

This special event will be themed just for women on November 30th at the Brewery and just in time for the start of Christmas shopping.

 

Annual Auditing and Accounting Update - Alma

Look forward to our January 25th updates on FASB, GAAP and other alphabet rules and regs along with CEU’s available for fraud.

 

Annual Compliance Conference- Midland

Look forward to this conference in conjunction with the Dykema law firm in late March.

 

Annual Practice Management Conference- SVSU

Tuesday, January 6 - "Think Different" - An Introduction to Total Cost of Risk by Kelly Reed, LIC, PWCA from VAST   Register Here  This session will introduce the concept of total cost of risk, referencing bestselling business books and two case studies - The Medical University of South Carolina and The Risk Authority (Stanford University). It will also outline risk management theories of Enterprise Risk Management, ISO 3100, Total Cost of Risk, etc. Evaluate these theories on the basis of implementation effectiveness.  Attendees will explore utilization of processes referenced above by using the specific example of, "Data Breach | Cyber Liability."  And participants will receive white papers & tools for future use.
