Welcome to the Great Lakes Chapter website of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Our entire leadership is very excited to begin the new chapter year. We are committed to providing our members with the best professional development possible through education, information, networking and leadership training. We have had some fantastic ideas put forth by our members for improvements to our Chapter. During this year, you will see changes in our program offerings, website capabilities, certification services, and a new member appreciation program.

I have had the privilege over the years of getting to know your Chapter leadership team. They are an outstanding group of professionals who give many hours to ensure that the Chapter serves its members to the best of its abilities. In return for their involvement, these individuals gain professional development, a broader perspective of the healthcare environment, contacts around the State and beyond for just about any issue that might come their way, and, most importantly, relationships that continue to benefit them well beyond their service to the Chapter. If you have not yet been involved in our leadership, I strongly encourage you to do so. I know I personally have benefited immensely from my own participation.
